Everything You Need to Know for a Smooth and Timely Order

Turnaround time (or production time) is the time it takes from the moment your order is approved until it’s ready for shipping or pickup.

When Does Production Start?

Your order enters production after the following steps:

Payment Approval Production begins after your payment is approved and your method of payment is verified as secure and valid.	Print-Ready Design Please only upload print-ready files that meet our Artwork Guidelines. You can also use our free online design studio and large gallery of templates to bring your design to life.	Proof Approval Once your design is submitted, you can request a digital proof that allows you to review the layout, colours, and final look. If you request a proof, printing will begin only after you have approved it.	Final File Check Once the proof is approved, we run a technical check on your file to ensure it meets all print requirements. Only then will production officially begin.

Important Notes to Keep in Mind:

Turnaround time varies based on product, material, and order quantity.

Designs made in our online tool require sign-off before production begins.

Turnaround times are estimated. Unforeseen issues may occasionally delay production.

Our cut-off time is 1:00 PM (EST). Orders approved after this time move to the next business day.

All production times refer to business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Add production time + shipping time to estimate total turnaround.

Rush Production Availability

Rush production may be available for select products and quantities to help meet tight deadlines. To qualify, your file must be approved and payment received before the daily cut-off. Some finishes, sizes, or materials may not be eligible for rush production. Contact us to check if your order qualifies (Details may vary based on the product).

Pickup Orders

Prefer to pick up your order instead of having it shipped? Here's what you need to know:

Pickup Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM (EST)

(Please use the shipping door at the back of the unit.)

Reminders

• Switching from shipping to pickup must be requested by 2:00 PM (EST)
• Have your order or invoice number ready
• You can arrange your own courier pickup
• Unclaimed orders will be disposed of after 3 weeks

Allow 1 additional business day after production for order pickup. You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready.

Holiday Schedule

We do not operate on the following holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Family Day
• Good Friday
• Victoria Day
• Canada Day
• Labour Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas Day
• Boxing Day

Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., Nov 20 – Jan 10), production time may take 1-2 extra business days due to higher order volumes.

Weather Advisory

Severe weather conditions may occasionally affect shipping timelines in some areas. Please allow extra time if bad conditions are expected in your region.
