Did you receive your order, but it wasn’t what you expected? Don’t worry! If there was an error on our part, we will work hard to make everything right.

How to Request a Return or Refund

If you are not fully satisfied with your order and it is eligible for return, here’s what you should do:

  1. Email us at info@iprint.com within 5 business days of receiving your order and provide:
    • Full order details
    • A clear explanation of the issue and why you would like to return the product
    • Photos and other relevant documentation
    If your issue qualifies, we’ll respond with approval and next steps.
  2. Ship the product approved for return to the following address:
    50 East Beaver Creek Rd. Unit #4, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1G6, Canada
  3. Include the following in your return package:
    • A signed letter explaining the reason for return
    • A copy of your original invoice or receipt

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product is defective
  • There was an error on our part during production or order processing

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Custom printed products, unless they arrive defective
  • Products that have been used, altered, or are no longer in their original condition
  • Minor colour variations due to screen settings or non-CMYK file setup
  • Customer-submitted design issues such as spelling, grammar, or layout errors

Please note that once a proof is approved, the design is considered final, and we cannot offer refunds for post-approval changes. Moreover, all returned items must arrive in their original, undamaged condition. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

If you need more information before placing an order, you can always reach out to us by phone and email, or by sending a direct message. We are always happy to help you choose the right product. However, returns or refunds will not be issued if you change your mind about anything after you have made your purchase.

Shipping Address Errors

If you wish to return your package due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can reship the product, but you will be responsible for covering the reshipment costs.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to returned items, unless the item is defective or eligible for exchange. Please note: original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item is unused and still in its original condition
  • The item is not a customized product
  • No restocking fee applies to exchanges, but you will need to pay the return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline

Once your return has been approved and received at our facility, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
