Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the iPrint.com website (referred to as “website,”“Site,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to comply with these Terms, along with any additional guidelines, rules, or conditions that may be posted on specific pages or services. All additional guidelines are hereby incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will appear on this page with the updated date. Please note that by continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to be eligible to use this Site. If you are under the legal age, you may use the Site only with the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.
General Terms
iPrint.com reserves the right to modify and update these Terms or any part of the Site at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review our Terms of Use regularly. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the Terms, and if you do not agree with any of our Terms of Use, you should refrain from using the Site or placing orders.
All orders placed on the Site must be accepted by iPrint.com. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. If you cancel an order after payment has been made, a refund may be issued depending on the stage of production. Please contact customer support for further details. Prices may change before order acceptance.
By using this Site, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including legal notices, updates, promotional offers, and other correspondence via email or postings on the Site.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, proofs, and order details before submission. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. We are not liable for any errors or issues in a final product that has been approved by you.
It is your responsibility to review and make sure that all uploaded content, including artwork, images, and text, is accurate and without errors. iPrint.com is not responsible for issues related to misspellings, low image quality, or incorrect formatting. You must submit all artworks in CMYK format and with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. iPrint.com is not responsible for colour differences between proofs and final prints that are caused by converting RGB to CMYK.
Acceptable Use and Platform Integrity
You agree not to misuse the Site in any way, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these rules or causes harm to our platform, reputation, or users.
Payments and Credit Cards
If a credit card is declined, the order will not be processed by iPrint.com. If an order has shipped and payment remains overdue, a monthly finance charge of 2% (24% annually) will be applied to the overdue balance. If payments are not made by the due date, future orders will require advance payment unless other arrangements are made.
If legal action is required to enforce this agreement, the buyer agrees to cover all reasonable legal fees and associated costs.
Copyright and Content Use
By submitting any content such as images, logos, or text for printing, you confirm that you have full legal rights to use that content. It is your responsibility to ensure that the content provided by you does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
You must not upload or submit content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, infringing or in violation of any third-party rights. This includes, but is not limited to:
You agree to indemnify and hold iPrint.com harmless from any claims, liabilities, or legal disputes that arise from your submitted content, including any infringement of copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary rights
All materials provided on this Site, including text, graphics, software, and more, are the property of iPrint.com and are protected by copyright laws. Therefore, you may not copy, distribute, or reuse any of the Site’s content without permission.
While iPrint.com does not actively review customer content, we reserve the right to remove any content that we deem to be in violation of these Terms or that is otherwise inappropriate.
Legal Jurisdiction and Compliance
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. By using this Site, you agree that any disputes arising from your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
If you are accessing the Site from outside Canada, you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations, including those related to e-commerce, data privacy, intellectual property, and content standards.
Limitation of Liability
While we work hard to deliver every order on time, iPrint.com is not responsible for any delay caused by external factors and circumstances, including but not limited to shipping delays, equipment malfunctions, or natural disasters.
In no case shall iPrint.com be held liable for any direct or indirect financial loss, damages, expenses, or claims, including legal fees, arising out of your use of our Site or services.
You also agree not to hold iPrint.com liable for claims arising from the content you provide, such as trademark or copyright violations, or offensive or unlawful content.
Cancellations, Defects, and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled only before they enter production. Once an order has been processed or shipped, refunds are unavailable. However, if an error occurs on our part, we will reprint your order.
If you receive a defective product or an order containing errors due to our fault, we will reprint it at no additional cost. Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receipt. We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective and to offer a refund or reprint accordingly.
Minor deviations in colour, alignment, trimming, or print density may occur due to production limitations. Such tolerances (±2.5%) are considered industry standard and do not qualify for a reprint.
Billing and Payment Terms
Your payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. iPrint.com does not store any credit card information.
We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part in production or processing.
Shipping and Delivery
Production or turnaround times are estimates provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. iPrint.com is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other external circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we will ship the product again, but the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Additional Terms
iPrint.com is not responsible for content, products, or services offered by third-party websites linked from our Site. We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to unforeseen events beyond our control. If you are accessing the Site from outside Canada, you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations, including those related to e-commerce, data privacy, intellectual property, and content standards.
