  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
  • Saturday: 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM (EST)

Important Reminders:

  • If you wish to switch from shipping to pickup, you should submit your request by 2:00 PM (EST). Have your order or invoice number ready when making the request.
  • If you switch from pickup to shipping, your order will no longer qualify for free delivery.
  • You may also use your own courier to pick up your order.
  • Orders not picked up within 3 weeks of the scheduled pickup date will be disposed of.

Rules and Conditions for In-Store Pickup

1. Eligibility:

In-store pickup is available for all products on iPrint.com.

2. Order Processing:

  • Orders must be placed online and fully paid for before pickup.
  • You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” confirmation email when your order is ready.

3. Pickup Window:

You must pick up your order within the specified time frame. Orders that are not claimed within 3 weeks of being marked ready will be disposed of.

4. Identification:

  • Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation email at the time of pickup.
  • If someone else is picking up on your behalf, they must present their ID and a copy of the confirmation email.

5. Pickup Location Info

All address and access details will be included in your confirmation email. Please make sure you head to the correct location for a seamless pickup experience.

6. Order Modifications

  • If you choose in-store pickup as your delivery method, you can change it after placing your order. Please contact us in order to make any changes.
  • Pickup can be cancelled before the order is marked as “Ready for Pickup.”

7. Returns and Exchanges

Items must be returned to the pickup location unless otherwise specified

Please do not visit the store until you have received your Ready for Pickup email. This will result in unnecessary wait time, given that your order is likely still being processed.
