We offer nationwide shipping from our Richmond Hill, Ontario facility, and provide flexible pickup options to suit your needs. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully to understand how our shipping process works and what to expect when placing an order.

Nationwide Shipping & Free Pickup

  • All orders are shipped from our Richmond Hill, Ontario production facility.
  • We currently ship across Canada and to most U.S. states.
  • Transport mode and courier availability are determined by the delivery location. We partner with reputable services, including UPS, FedEx, and Purolator.

Estimating Shipping Time & Cost

To understand your shipping estimate while placing an order, first click “Estimated Shipping Cost” on the product page, and then enter your destination details. You can also review this information during checkout.

Production & Shipping Timing

  • The time it takes to produce an item is not included and estimated in its shipping time. To get a full understanding of production time or turnaround time, please visit our Production Time page.
  • Cut-Off Times: Our general cut-off is 1:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after that on Fridays or on weekends are processed the next business day. Please note that:
    • Certain products may have different cut-off times due to additional processing requirements.
    • For same-day shipping, when available, orders must be placed before the cut-off time.

Shipping Cost & Variables

Shipping cost and time vary depending on:

  • Destination
  • Product type and material
  • Quantity and weight
  • Selected courier service

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Certain international destinations

Please verify your shipping address to avoid delays or rejections.

Delivery Timing & Limitations

  • While we always aim to ship your order by the estimated completion date, exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.
  • Turnaround times are non-contractual and may vary.

Local Delivery Policy

  • Local deliveries on a specific day or hour cannot be guaranteed.
  • Local deliveries take place between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (EST).
  • Delivery is restricted to ground floors or building lobbies only.
  • If safe parking is unavailable, your order may be returned for in-store pickup.

Order Changes & Edits

  • You may edit your order details, such as material, size, finishing options, and address, from your account while it is still being processed and only before it is confirmed for production. Notes that changes in quantity may affect shipping costs due to weight changes.
  • After your order enters production, you can contact our customer support at +1 905-660-1363 (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST) to check if changes are still possible. While we'll do our best, changes are not guaranteed at this stage.

Shipping Charges & Size Considerations

  • Larger products may incur higher shipping fees due to their size.
  • We are bound by the size/weight limitations of our courier partners, including UPS, FedEx, and Purolator.

Weather Delays

Weather conditions can delay shipping in certain areas. Please account for possible seasonal disruptions.

International Shipping & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties and taxes.
  • These fees are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid directly to your local authorities.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
  • If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, contact the shipping courier directly. They are responsible once the package leaves our facility.

Return Shipping

If you need to return an item, please contact us first before sending it back.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a shipment cannot be delivered and is therefore returned to us:
    • The customer is responsible for any additional shipping or return charges.
    • To avoid delays or fees, ensure your shipping address is accurate.

Multiple Shipments

  • Your order may be sent in multiple packages, depending on size and availability.
  • If so, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Discount Codes

  • Promo codes apply to the base product price only.
  • They do not apply to shipping fees or add-on services.

Partial Shipments

We do not allow partial shipments. If any item is back-ordered, the entire order will be held until all items are ready.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • The recipient must pay all customs duties and import taxes as required.
  • These fees are not included in our charges and must be paid directly to local authorities.

Insurance & Claims

  • Shipping insurance is offered by the courier, not iPrint.com.
  • For insured packages that are lost or damaged, you must file a claim with the courier. Keep all documentation, including your order number and shipping emails and contact the shipping company for assistance.

Packaging Materials

To ensure that your orders arrive safe and sound, we use:

  • Durable cardboard boxes and protective padding
  • Recyclable, biodegradable, and reusable materials, where possible

We are committed to minimizing environmental impact through smart packaging choices.

Holiday Shipping Notice

  • Expect delays during holiday seasons due to high shipping volume.
  • We recommend placing holiday orders well in advance or selecting expedited shipping.
  • Check our site for special holiday cut-off dates and updates.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Make sure that someone is available to receive the shipment during the expected delivery window.
  • If no one is present:
    • The courier may leave your package in a safe location.
    • If not possible, the order may be returned to us for pickup.
  • Always provide accurate, complete delivery information.

Switching Between Pickup & Delivery

  • You may switch between shipping and in-store pickup until 2:00 PM (EST).
  • Once an order is packed and placed with the courier, no further changes are allowed.

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any shipping or delivery terms at any time without prior notice.

Available Shipping & Delivery Options

  • Free shipping is available for orders over C$90, before taxes and fees.
  • To qualify for free or flat-rate shipping, the following criteria must be met:
    • Shipping address must be your default address and fall within the eligible regions
    • Package size must not be over 36” x 36” x 10” and weight must not exceed 20 lbs
    • Only one address per order is allowed

You can update your default shipping address up to twice per week. For further changes, please submit a request via the Contact Us page.

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on volume and complexity. Certain products may require longer processing.
  • Free deliveries generally arrive within 1–3 business days after production.
  • For urgent needs, choose UPS or opt for local pickup for faster delivery.

Custom Orders

Free or flat-rate shipping promotions do not apply to custom orders, and other shipping options will be provided during checkout.

Responsibility & Liability

iPrint.com is not liable for delays due to:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Strikes
  • Courier issues
  • Any circumstances outside our control

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Someone is available to receive the delivery
  • The delivery location is accessible
  • Correct address information is provided

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, you will be required to pick up your order.
